Leave a Gift in Your Will

This has become one of the most popular ways of supporting the Forces Children’s Trust.  If you are unable to make a donation now, you may prefer to include a bequest to the Forces Children’s Trust in your will.  All donors who have included a gift to the Forces Children’s Trust are invited to become an Honorary member of the Denny Wise 2004 Society, named in honour of the original donations from our Founder.  Members of the Society enjoy an annual luncheon and exclusive events.  For more information please contact the FCT Office

Regular Gifts to the FCT

A standing order form can be found here.

Sponsor a child

You can sponsor and individual child/children as a single donor or part of a consortium.  This child may have special educational needs or other problems that relate to the loss of their parent, we will be happy to keep you updated on their progress. Please contact the FCT Office for more information.

Giving Shares

You may be able to reduce significantly the amount of income tax and capital gains tax you pay if you choose to donate shares or securities to the Forces Children’s Trust.  Currently, this means that shares donated to the Forces Children’s Trust attract income tax relief of 100% of their present market value.  In addition the donated shares will not incur any capital gains liability.  We suggest you speak with your financial advisor for specific advice, or contact the FCT Office for more information.
