A little while ago my tutor asked if we had any suggestions for a house charity, I put forward FCT as a suggestion. A couple of weeks ago I was told that it had been chosen as our house charity! As it was my suggestion we (my tutor group) decided that we would do the first fundraiser today. As a lot of people do bake sales at school we decided that we wanted to have a lucky dip (all the prizes were sweets) and also sell chocolate. And it was a massive success! We sold out of chocolate in the first half an hour and by the end of lunchtime our lucky dip was also sold out. Although it took a while two boys from my tutor (Harry and Reuben who helped with everything!) counted up all of the money and found out that we managed to raise £44.40 (double the price that we spent on sweets and chocolate)!
